How to submit a question to the AMT Advisor

    NOTE: The AMT Advisor accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
    and Discover for payments. You must provide a valid account before
    the AMT Advisor will provide an answer to a question or any services.
    Your account will not be charged until the answer to your question has
    been sent to you or the services you have requested have been
    performed.

1. Send your question(s) or service request and credit card
information to the AMT Advisor using the site's secure question
submission page.

are sending a question, try to make sure that along with your question, you
include any and all information that may be pertinent to answering the
question.

2. The AMT Advisor will either e-mail you the answer to your question
or e-mail a fee quote and/or a description of additional information
necessary to either answer your question, perform the requested
services, or determine a fee quote.
The minimum fee to answer a
question is $30. See
Pricing for a complete description of the AMT Advisor's
fee structure. If the fee to answer your question is the minimum fee of $30, the
AMT Advisor will e-mail the answer to the question and charge the credit card
account you have provided without providing a fee quote.

3. If you receive a fee quote, and decide that you would like to have
your question answered or your requested services provided for the
quoted fee, send a reply e-mail indicating that you agree to the stated
terms.
If you feel the quoted fee is too high or is more than you can afford to
pay, please reply with your proposed fee for the services. The AMT Advisor
will e-mail you back and let you know if your proposed fee is acceptable.

4. The AMT Advisor e-mails or faxes your answer to you. After a fee has
been agreed upon, the AMT Advisor will prepare the answer to your question
(s) or perform any other services you have requested, and will send the
answers or requested forms or documents to you. Your credit card account
will not be billed until the answer or completed work product is sent to you.

5. If you have any questions or concerns about the answer you have
received, e-mail or fax them to the AMT Advisor, and they will
promptly be addressed.
The AMT Advisor wants you to be a satisfied client,
and will do everything possible to make sure that you are.
